The condition of the development and sustainability of FÉSZ Zrt. is to fulfill all the requirements of the Clients.In order to achieve this, all the employees cknowledge and accept the followings:.

Fulfill all the requirements of the Client, but don’t forget to have it paid!
To realise something correctly takes the same time to realise it incorrectly. Do it right for the first time!
If you made a mistake, note it, don’t find excuses, don’t blaim on somebody else or some other condition! Correct it! Don’t make a mistake next time!
Select the sub-contractors and suppliers based on strict conditions, but after support them! Establish a strict but correct relationship with them!
Be open for the new! Develop yourself and your collegues!
