General Construction
The facility is situated in the property of the Western Hungarian University, at a environmental protection area. The different function existing buildings were demolished in order avoiding the occupation of the forest area.
The building has been realised ont he slope on three different levels, containing the laboratories of the faculty of forestry, and a cca. 10,000 sqm workshop with its sanitary blocks.

- Reinforced concrete load bearing structure
- E-shape layout on 4 stories
- 3 elevators
- Insulated sandwich panel and glazed curtain wall facade
- Flat roof coverd with PVC membrane
- Aluminium frame doors and windows
- Overall M&E and architectural finishing works
- Automatic fire alarm
- Smoke exhaust system
- Overall public utility system, road construction and landscaping
Effective area: 5665 sqm
