The main function of the facility to present the education and operation of the different faculties of the university in an interactive, spectaculous visitor, information science centre.
The existing buildings (former swimming pool of the university) were demolished, the new facility was build on their area.
The building consists of basement area, ground floor and one level.
Scope of works::
- Reinforced concrete load bearing structure
- 16 m wide, 7 m high timber stucture
- Glazed curtain wall facade
- One elevator
- Overall M&E and architectural finishing works
- Automatic fire alarm
- Smoke exhaust system
- Overall public utility system, road construction and landscaping
Effective area: 1800 sqm
Period of construction: 26th July 2010 – 31st December 2011
