- Reinforced concrete main stucture, brick walls
- Replacement of the facade doors and windows
- Overall arcitectural and M&E works
- Modification of the elevator
- Overpressurised, smokeless staircases
- Nurse calling system
- On-site, off-site public utilities, road construction
- Handicapped Accessibility
- Refurbishment of the entire facade
