Scope of works:
- Modification of the existing building and constuction of a new level
- Demolition of the internal stuctures
- New windows and door and partitions
- Overall architectural finishing and M&E works
- Centralised A/C and fire alarm system
- Landscaping and on-site public utilities
Effective area of the facility: cca. 860 sqm
Period of construction: September 2006 – May 2008.
